When directing actors, interviewing thought leaders, and leading creative teams on film sets, stages, and in writers rooms, I employ an intuitive approach, grounded in deep listening, to help people connect to their instincts and share their stories.
SCREENS
From sketch to screen, I started directing backyard plays, mini series dramas’ (casting my stuffed animals), and making animated films as a kid. This led to directing grant winning juror selected experimental films, documentary shorts and making site specific video installations. I’ve sat on film festival juries, taught filmmaking classes to high school students, adults, and mentored new filmmakers.
Recent projects include directing 70 virtual interviews focused on work culture during COVID, a Change Maker series with young adults at University of San Diego pursuing social justice work, a documentary on teachers in the Delta, a music video filmed in Amsterdam, and interviews with young entrepreneurs helping communities around the world. Whether directing interviews on set or working with actors to breakdown a script, my skill is working with people in all forms.
From black box sketch comedy acts, plays, improv groups, solo shows to large scale events in Las Vegas, I’m at home in theater spaces. I founded, directed, and choreographed site specific performances and video installations with a performance troupe throughout the Bay Area, including week long site specific shows in galleries and in public spaces of San Francisco.
I have written, directed and co-directed over 25 solo show performances and recently 10 stand up comedy sets. I coach thought leaders, performers and comedians on stage presence, blocking, finding their authentic voice, grounding in their bodies and cultivating their inner stories that light them up on stage.

Known to build creative communities everywhere I go, I design and facilitate creative teams on film projects, brand campaigns, story development and pitch session rooms.
I spearhead writing groups and rooms, comedy teams, improv groups, and solo projects, working in cafes, theaters, living rooms, beaches and hiking trails. Any space I can bring people together to write, share and coach, I’ll do it. I thrive in cultivating a network of artists, production teams, comedians and writers, where we share ideas, foster creativity, provide support, and inspire each other’s work.
