I am committed to cultivating trauma-informed work culture, inspired by research. I am studying Boundary Work through the Intimacy Coordinator Network in Los Angeles and can see the clear application of these principles on and off-set.

In board rooms, writers’ room or on film sets, grounded and inclusive processes are prioritized in order to achieve diverse and inclusive work spaces.

I advocate for equality and inclusion of underrepresented voices.

When communication and boundaries are clear, team members feel safe & heard. Work flourishes, & collaboration is at its best.

I have found that emotionally and physically safe work communities produce the most efficient and effective outcomes – with the happiest clients.

As a director with a strong background in both film and marketing, I bring a unique perspective to the table. I understand the importance of storytelling and how to captivate an audience through compelling visuals and narratives. Drawing from my marketing expertise, I am able to not only create visually stunning films but also strategically position them to reach the right target audience.

With a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of marketing dynamics, I am able to deliver films that not only entertain but also effectively communicate messages and leave a lasting impact on viewers.

My approach to directing solo shows is rooted in a deep appreciation for the power of storytelling. Creating a dynamic and visually engaging production, I carefully select set designs, lighting, and sound to enhance the emotional impact of the performance.
